A high-level meeting on Thursday reviewed the arrangements for holding the written test for Primary school Teachers (PST), Junior School Teachers (JST) and High School Teachers (HST) under the Sindh University Testing Center for admissions and employment.
The meeting was presided over by the Vice Chancellor University of Sindh Mazharul Haq Siddiqui while Provincial Secretary Education Rizwan Memon, Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr Rafia Ahmed Shaikh, Registrar M. Saleh Rajar, Director Testing Centre Dr Riaz Memon, Dr Lutfullah Mangi, and Executive District Officers Education from all 23 districts attended the meeting.
The meeting finalised the arrangements as well as setup of examination centers at various districts of Sindh for the boys and girls who have applied for the posts of PST, JST and HST under the department of education.
The meeting decided that admit cards prepared by the Sindh University Testing Center would be issued to the candidates through their concerned EDO education only on identification through their original Computerised National Identity Cards (CNIC), it was also further decided that every EDO office would setup counters at their offices separately for boys and girls. It was further decided that admit card will be issued only to the concerned candidates.
The meeting decided to provide a copy of the computerised data of candidates on CD"s to the concerned EDOs as the Sindh University Testing Centre has displayed at its website at www.usindh.edu.pk/sutc. It was also decided to assign responsibilities to the concerned EDOs for the seating arrangements, checking of admit cards of candidates as well as to perform invigilation duty at the examination centres.
The test will start at 10-30 am while candidates will be required to reach at the examination centers at 8.30 am. The invigilation staff would be required to report at the examination centers at 7.30 am. It was pointed out that test for HST, JST, PST will be conducted on April 24, 25, 26, respectively at all district head quarters of the Province.
