Several Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) leaders said on Friday that their Party Chief Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif played a historic role for judiciarys restoration. The PML-N leaders, including District president Mian Ihsan Karim Qureshi, Vice President Chaudhry Aamir Karamat, Mian Mohsin Qureshi, Maajid Khanzada observed that Nawaz Sharif remained committed to the cause of independence of judiciary.
These leaders said Mian Nawaz Sharif and Mian Shahbaz Sharif forwent power for the sake of principles and remained undeterred by Governors rule and ouster of their government. They reiterated that PML-N leadership would remain committed to the Charter of Democracy signed by their leader and PPP chairperson late Benazir Bhutto Shaheed.
