JSCL buys 1.361 million ordinary voting shares of Azgard

The Jahangir Siddiqui & Company Limited (JSCL) has purchased 1,361,500 ordinary voting shares of Azgard Nine Limited on April 7, 2009 giving rise to total investment in 75,546,500 ordinary voting shares of ANL. JSCL is the beneficial owner in ANL originally holding 74,185,000 voting shares ie 23.72 percent of voting share capital of ANL.
By virtue of the above acquisition, JSCL now holds 24.16 percent aggregate shareholding (including shares already held) in the voting share capital of ANL.
