The staff of Drug Enforcement Cell (DEC) has foiled 1.5 kg heroin smuggling bid during snap checking at Jinnah International Airport on Saturday. According to details, the staff of DEC have recovered 1.5kg of heroin from the possession of a Pakistani passenger named Robert, who was leaving for Dhaka by PIA flight No PK-266.
Heroin was concealed in the bottom of his suitcase. The passenger was arrested and further investigations are underway.
