The Swiss franc eased against the euro on Thursday after the head of the Swiss National Bank repeated his dire outlook for the Alpine economy and Swiss export data showed a continued free fall in March. The franc fell some 0.3 percent against the euro compared to the New York close, trading at 1.5161 per euro. The franc was near flat against the dollar at 1.1630 per dollar.
