Why TV channels gave live coverage to Maulana Abdul Aziz's release on bail, his speech to the cheerful and charged crowd and the Juma sermon? Why can't we understand such a coverage can make him the hero once again? But one thing our media can help dig out from the comparatively docile Maulana, a man who can play a positive role if he wishes of a bridge between the extremist elements and the government.
It is my humble request to Maulana Aziz, you are the son of revered Maulana Abdullah. Would you be part of the world conspiracy against Pakistan or will you use the Lal Masjid as a sanctuary for a temporary gain. Look to the ultimate goal and the goal should be service to Pakistan.
