Man United delighted after Ronaldo’s recent comments
Cristiano Ronaldo tells court he always pays his tax and never had this issue in England- and that why he wants to return.
The Real Madrid superstar is currently being trilled in a court case over alleged tax fraud.
And Ronaldo has now admitted he wants to leave the country during the one hour and 25 minute proceedings on July 31st.
The Sun quoted Ronaldo: “In England, I never had these problems, that’s why I want to go back there”
“I always paid my taxes, always. In England and In Spain. And I always paid. As you know, I cannot hide anything, it would be ridiculous on my part to do such a thing, he added.
The 32-year-old Portuguese legend said, “I am an open book. You don’t need to do anything but type my name into Google and everything about Cristiano comes out.”
“For example, Forbes magazine releases all of my earnings.”
Manchester United were put on red alert when reports suggested Ronaldo had told Real chiefs he wanted to return after allegations of tax fraud surfaced.
But now it seems the move could be back on with Ron itching to come back to England.
“I paid everything in 2014. I don’t understand anything about this, I only went to school until my sixth year and the only thing I know how to do is play football well, DailyMail quoted the superstar.
