Pakistan has issued a tender to import 25,000 tonnes of white sugar from world-wide sources, an official of the state-run Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) said on Wednesday. "Interested TCP pre-qualified foreign sugar suppliers/exporters who can supply sugar from worldwide origins may submit their bids," the TCP said in a press release, adding bids had to be in by 11 am (0500 GMT) on June 6.
