Indonesian embassy donates relief goods for IDPs

The Staff members of the Indonesian Embassy in Islamabad, on behalf of its government, have donated 300 foam mattresses and pillows to help the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of Swat, Malakand and Buner.
A press statement issued by the Indonesian Embassy says that Ibnu Prispermana, Deputy Head of Mission, on behalf of the Indonesian Ambassador and the Staff of the Embassy, handed over the relief goods to the Director General Emergency Relief Cell, Cabinet Division, Muhamamad Afzal on Saturday.
Ibnu Prispermana, on the occasion, said that the consignment was an expression of solidarity with the Pakistani brethren in the time of need. Director General Emergency Relief Cell, Muhamamad Afzal thanked Ibnu Prispermana and the staff members of the Embassy for their support and briefed them about the efforts being made by the government for the welfare, rehabilitation and safe return of IDPs.-PR
