Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures slid early Tuesday on profit-taking, after surging to an eight-month top this week as the dollar fell to a one-year low, traders said. July down 16 cents at $6.58-1/2 a bushel.
The wheat markets were also weak in Kansas City and Minneapolis early, with Minneapolis wheat underpinned by worries about the size of the US spring wheat crop.
