The Punjab Senior Minister Raja Riaz Ahmad said that the basic purpose of the visits of ministers and high government officials to the far flung and rural areas, and the inspection of developmental projects, was to solve people's problems, at their doorstep. He said this while talking to different delegations of citizens during his visit to Faisalabad.
The Senior Minister directed the district and divisional officers, of the various developmental departments, to provide proper guidance to people, who came to the government offices, with their problems. And to take solid measures to provide speedy relief through the concerned departments.
Raja said that the Government. of Punjab had started a number of uplift projects, with the funds of a billion rupees, for the welfare of the people. He said that a policy of strict monitoring had been adopted to provide benefit to the common man. He urged each official and officer to perform their duties honestly and with dedication. The Senior Minister issued instructions to the concerned officers, on the spot, for the resolution of individual and collective problems.
