Efficiently-managed data solution vital to setting up e-government

Pakistan has initiated plans to establish E-government and for this purpose reliable, continuous and efficiently-managed data solution is critical, experts said while addressing a seminar organised by the APC Innovative here on Wednesday.
Addressing the participants, APC Innovative Chief Operating Officer Naveed Baig said that the establishment of E-government was impossible without data centre solution technology. He said the APC Innovative was the only company, which was introducing the joint technology of France and America, in Pakistan from where the technology could be easily exports to Central Asia.
He said that this technology was already in use for E-government in the developed world in three continents across the globe and now it was introduced in Pakistan with National Database Registration Authority (Nadra), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), banking, telecommunication and defence organisations, which would be helpful to get rid off people's complaints. Experts said the APC Innovative was the only provider of this technology on a turnkey solution to E-government.
