A local Union Council Nazim among three people was gunned down and two others were injured in a firing incident in Quetta on Monday, Aaj TV reported. According to the channel, unknown miscreants sprayed bullets on local UC Nazim Talib Agha at Fatima Jinnah Road, killing him and two other people on spot while injuring two of his bodyguards.
Quoting the details the channel further said that the armed men easily managed to flee the scene. Heavy contingent of police arrived at the site soon after the incident and cordoned off the area. The deceased and injured were shifted to nearby hospital, the channel added.
