Justice Najam-uz-Zaman here on Thursday took oath as an Acting Chief Justice of Lahore High Court (LHC). Governor Punjab Salman Taseer administrated oath to Justice Najam-uz-Zaman in a simple but impressive ceremony held in governor house. The ceremony was attended by the judges, advocates and officers of the high court. Chief Justice Sharif will return on July 1, 2009 after performing Umrah.
