Graduation ceremony of RNITTE held

Chairperson Benazir Income Support Programme Farzana Raja was the chief guest on the occasion of the graduation and diploma distribution ceremony 2009 of Roots National Institute of Teacher Training and Education (RNITTE). The Founder Director Roots school System, Pakistan Riffat Mushtaq, Director Roots School System Khadija Omair were also present on the occasion.
Farzana expressed her satisfaction over the fact that Pakistan now has an international standard teacher training Institute which is furthering the cause of women empowerment through professional skills development, promoting vocational qualifications as per Shaheed Benazir Bhutto's vision and making female fraternity a value adding member of the society.
She further added it is heartening to see that for the first time in Pakistan, RNITTE is providing professional certifications of international standards in from of Montessori diplomas, internationally recognised professional certifications, community education free to underprivileged teachers, continuing professional development programmes to name a few.-PR
