Barcelona Terror Attack; celebrities send message of love and peace

Following a terrorist attack in Barcelona on Thursday, August 16, celebrities have taken to social media to express their thoughts, prayers and condolences.

Cristiano Ronaldo wrote in Portuguese, “Dismayed at the news coming from Barcelona. All the support and solidarity the family and friends of the victims”.

Spanish actor Antonio Banderas also tweeted a message which translates to, “Fused in a hug with #Barcelona”.
