Will some body please enlighten me what precisely is meant by a not for profit institution? There are many, specially educational institutions set up by collecting donations by con artists from all and sundry under the garb of being do gooders. They then build an impressive infrastructure and charge exorbitant fees from students and subsequently siphon off thousands of rupees as payments to themselves and their next of kin for holding dubious jobs.
So how is it not for profit? Such institutions accounts should be subjected to scrutiny by the Government and the record should clearly state the number of family members on the payroll giving full details of their salaries and the nature of job they are doing.
