An exhibition of rare photographs on the life of Quaid-e-Azam attracted a large number of visitors at Lok Virsa where host of activities were also arranged to mark the independence day with enthusiasm. Directorate Film and Publications (DFP) has organised the two-day exhibition entitled "Mera Iman Pakistan" to portray different aspects of life of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Fatima Jinnah and other prominent leaders of the Pakistan movement.
In the exhibition, a number of photographs were displayed including Quaid-i-Azam was administering oath of office of Governor General by the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Quaid was signing the register as the first Governor General of the newly created state of Pakistan and Quaid-i-Azam and Liaqat Ali Khan in the Constituent Assembly, 1947.
