Plea for registration of FIR against Musharraf: ADJ issues notice to SHO Islampura

An Additional District & Sessions Judge has issued notice to SHO Islampura Police Station for September 02 in an application seeking directives to police to register criminal case against former president General Pervez Musharraf (Retd) for his brutal and illegal action against the judiciary and lawyers.
The application has been moved by Syed Azhar Ali Shah advocate, saying Musharraf illegally and unconstitutionally promulgated PCO on November 03, 2007, issued instruction against the jurist and the law enforcement agencies trespassed into the houses, offices and chambers of the lawyers and arrested them after manhandling and resorting them to baton charge.
