The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has promoted 41 Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax Group (BS-17) to the post of Deputy Commissioners (BS-18) with immediate effect. The FBR has also promoted 19 Assistant Collector (BS-17) of Customs and Excise Group to the post of Deputy Collectors (BS-18).

Ghulam Qadir Chand, Data Processing Officer (BS-17) office of the chief Co-ordinator, Computer Wing (Income Tax), Islamabad is promoted to the post of Programmer (BS-18) and Muhammad Tahir, Private Secretary (BS-17), in FBR (Hqr) Islamabad is granted (BS-18).
The following Computer Programmer (BS-17) of Sales Tax Ex-Cadre Group are promoted to the post of System Analyst (BS-18), with immediate effect. Asim Idrees; Baseerat Memraiz and Farooq Ahmad. The following Superintendents (BS-16) of Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad are promoted to the post of Second Secretary (BS-17) with immediate effect: Aniz Fatima; Azhar Sajjad; Iftikhar Ahmad and Maqbool Elahi.
