LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday presented his stance in a comprehensive manner against ARY News channel for leveling baseless allegations of corruption in Multan Metro Bus Project and exposed its lies.
He gave detailed replies to the questions raised by the media.
Shehbaz Sharif said that baseless allegations of ARY TV channel were just a joke. It was a matter of concern as well as sorrow, he said.
"After death, the big posts will not go with us rather only deeds will accompany," he added. The Chief Minister said those people were telling lies to the youth. He said that ARY News was creating a chaotic situation and by leveling allegations they were indulging in dirty politics.
He said that Jahangir Tareen was a rich person and he had got written off loans of billions of rupees and constructed palaces besides he did not care about the poor.
He also criticized Imran Niazi and said that he had also become part of allegations campaign of the ARY.
He asked Imran to give lying, and instead mend his ways.
