Libyan leaden Moammar al Qaddhafi has conferred a gold medallion on Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani commemorating the 40th anniversary of Al-Fateh revolution. The Prime Minister was decorated with the award in a ceremony here, where it was announced that 'it is the highest one-time award given for the first and last time on this occasion'.
The Prime Minister was specially invited by the Libyan leader Qaddafi to attend the celebrations marking four decades of his rule after a bloodless coup.
