A child run over by a motorcycle died in a nearby village on Thursday. Liaqutpur police registered case against a bike rider who had carelessly hit a five years old boy Muzammil while he was playing outside his home in a village in Liaqutpur. The child was rushed to THQ hospital but he sucumbed to his injuries. Deceased child's father Saleem Newaar filed a report with the concerned police.
In another mishap, a truck overturned on the national highway near Sardargarh when its driver Sohail Ahmed dozed off. The driver received injuries and was admitted to rural health centre Mianwali Qureshian.
