Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Qamar Zaman Kaira has strongly condemned the gruesome murder of senior journalist, Ali Raza. In a statement issued here on Friday the minister said that the killers of the journalist would be brought to book.
Ali Raza was living in Sector I/8-4, Islamabad along with his wife, two sons and a daughter. According to police, the assailants tied the victim with his bed and tortured him. Later, they strangled him to death and escaped from the scene. The Minister prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
