Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Baber Awan said the government would announce Balochistan package for redressing the grievance and problems of the people of the province. Addressing collective marriages' ceremony held here on Sunday he said that the PPP-led government would complete its constitutional tenure of five years.
Pakistan and democracy are inter-linked and the government is committed to maintain democracy at all cost because restoration of democracy in the country became possible due to the sacrifices rendered by PPP leader, he said.
Dr Baber said the government is making sincere efforts for strengthening democratic institutions and promotion of democracy at grassroots level in the country.
Baber Awan disclosed after Eid the government would announce Balochistan package for redressing the grievance and problems of the province. The government has resolved the issue of repatriation of more than 25 Afghan refugees during three months, he added.
