Ambassador of the Tajikistan to Pakistan Zubaydov Zubaydullo Najotovich here, on Tuesday, called on Federal Minister for Interior A Rehman Malik and discussed matters of mutual interest and bilateral relations. Minister for Interior Rehman Malik expressed his satisfaction over the excellent relations between Pakistan and Tajikistan and hoped that the relation between the two countries would further improve in the future.
Malik also told the envoy that Pakistan was committed to working jointly with Tajikistan on the issues of human and drug trafficking and terrorism. Ambassador of Tajikistan said that his country attached great importance to ties with Pakistan. He also invited Rehman Malik for a visit to Tajikistan.
