Bulls strengthen positions on ISE

Bulls strengthened their positions at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed healthy signs under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in the index. ISE Ten Index showed an increase of 46.86 points, as the Index moved from 2,234.15 to 2,281.01 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 1,062,279 shares, as compared to previous volume of 1,479,530 shares. Total 142 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (86) closed in positive territory, 56 closed in negative territory. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 645,712 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 173,300 shares. The turnover of Arif Habib Securities was 95,800 shares.
