Security forces on Sunday conducted search operation at different parts of the Malakand division and killed eight terrorists including a commander Chamtu Khan whereas 22 suspects were apprehended. Besides, 21 terrorists voluntarily surrendered to security forces in different parts of Malakand division. Of them, four in Chuprial 11 in Bar Shaur and four in Gwalerai, stated an ISPR release.
The forces also conducted search operation in Jambil and three terrorists were killed in a search operation in Charbagh and Dakorak and one was apprehended in the same area. One suspect was apprehended from Takhtaband during a search operation. The ISPR also said that local Lashkar apprehended three terrorists from Shah Dheri, whereas three other terrorists voluntarily surrendered to security forces in Galoch, Saranai and Kalla Kalle.
