Wheat futures fell at the Chicago Board of Trade early on Friday due to concerns about increased government regulation in the market due to a Commodity Futures Trading Commission subcommittee proposal to implement variable storage rates, traders said. CBOT December wheat was down 13-1/4 cents at $4.59-3/4 a bushel at 11:52 am CDT (1652 GMT). December corn remained steady at $3.36-1/2 a bushel.
