National Highways and Motorway Police has recovered three vehicles, one Shahazor pickup and two cars, from the car lifters and arrested one of them. Details received here on Thursday revealed that Motorway Police on the information of Rawalpindi Police recovered a green Suzuki Mehran Car No, RLG-1169 Model 2006 stolen from the Jurisdiction of Westridge Police Station.
The patrolling parties of NH&MP were put on high alert and after few minutes, the NH&MP officers succeeded in stopping the car near Sawabi and arrested the car lifter Akhter Muneer resident of Charsada. In another incident, Motorway Police on the call of Islamabad Police recovered a black Corolla No JK-037 owned by Ministry of Commerce stolen from the Jurisdiction of Shalimar Police Station in 30 minutes from Bhurban.-PR
