In a joint press release President Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) Anjum Nisar and Chairman Textile Processing Mills Association (TPMA), Nisar Sheikhani have hailed the issuance of SRO 809(1)/2009 of September 19, 2009 exempting textile machinery from customs duty.
They congratulated the federal minister for textile industry, Rana Muhammad Farooq Saeed Khan for his untiring efforts to boost the textile sector and said that this step alone would attract investment in a big way as this was long outstanding demand of textile sector.-PR
