Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 183,871 cusecs water from various rim stations. According to IRSA, an overall water inflow from various reservoirs recorded was 126,057 cusecs. The water level recorded at Tarbela Dam was at 1502.45 feet, which was 133.45 feet higher than the dead level of 1369 feet.
Water inflow at the dam was recorded at 68,500 cusecs while outflow was 991,00 cusecs. The water level in River Jhelum at Mangla was recorded at 1181.20 feet, which was 141.2 feet higher than the dead level of 1040 feet. Water inflow and outflow at the dam was recorded at 17,786 and 45,000 cusecs respectively. River Kabul and River Chenab discharged 14,300 and 25,471 cusecs, respectively.
