Shahzada Ahsan Ashraf, the covering candidate for PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif for by-elections of NA-123, Friday formally filed his nomination papers. Talking to reporters after filing the papers, Ashraf said he is determined to serve the country as well as people under the dynamic leaderships of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.
He deemed the filing of the papers, as the covering candidate, an honour Ashraf opined that the country was passing through a difficult phase of its history, and only strong leadership of the PML-N can boldly face the challenges. To another query, he said, that if provided an opportunity by the party leadership, he would try his best to come up to their expectations, besides serving the people of the constituency whole-heartedly.
