Provincial Minister for Finance, Tanvir Ashraf Kaira has said that public sector should work for the betterment of the people and the sector should upgrade its service delivery system. He stressed the need to stop the sluggishness in the public sector department.
While talking to a delegation PPP at his residence here, on Sunday, the minister said that delivery system of public sector departments was very poor and they were trying hard to improve the system as well as their emphasise on capacity building.
