Chief Justice Lahore High Court (LHC) here, on Monday, adjourned to October 15 the hearing of a suo motu case against dacoity and incident of cutting of ears of a lady civil judge, as DPO sought more time for the arrest of the culprits. Earlier, DPO Sheikhupura had informed the court that police had arrested two members of the dacoit gang while other will be arrested soon.
He said according to police reports the ring-leader of the gang has been disappeared in Lahore. He said raids were being conducted on his possible hideouts, and he would be arrested soon. DPO sought more time for the arrest of remaining dacoits and the court allowed the same till October 15.
