Prices remain firm on seed, grain market

Firmness prevailed on the wholesale grain and seed market on Tuesday as most of the commodities maintained the overnight levels amid slow trading, dealers said. On the cereal side urad from Burma quoted lower at Rs 2800 due to steady arrivals, they said. On the seed side til gained Rs 50 to Rs 3500-3700 due to strong demand, other items did not move any side due to balanced demand and supply position, they said.
