Kashmore police has arrested 11 Afghan and five Tajik nationals during a routine check from a Karachi-bound passenger coach at Dera More. According to details, police stopped a coach coming from Peshawar enroute to Karachi at the Dera More check post and arrested Afghan and Tajik nationals found travelling without relevant documents.
The arrested Tajik nationals were Bashir Ahmed, Moulana Din, Imam Din s/o Mehmood, Imam Din s/o Gulbadin and Abdul Manan while Afghans included Sahib Gul, Lutufullah, Zaibullah, Islamuddin, Ateeq Ahmed, Asif, Muneer Ahmed, Noor Ahmed, Juma Din and Fazalur-Rehman.
Guddu police said that all the arrested were going to Karachi from Peshawar and did not possess any documents. With the exception of a few Afghans who had registration card, issued by the government of Pakistan. Further investigations were said to be under way.
