All educational institutions are to open on Monday (today) after remaining closed for 10 days for security reasons. The district administration has prepared a new security plan for both public and private sector educational institutions.
This was stated by the District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) Peshawar, Sahibzada Mohammad Anees, here on Sunday. According to him private security guards and police will jointly provide security to the schools. The parking of any vehicles, both inside and outside of the institutions, has been strictly prohibited. He further said that the district administration would take all possible measures for the provision of security to the students.
