Nadra Multan Region has purchased the latest satellite technology from Germany worth Rs 11 million and its installation on the 44 registration centres of the region has been completed. As per details, the data of the people for the identity card is transferred to head office Islamabad.
The process of data transferring from all over the Pakistan to head office became slow due to over load, which was causing delay of several months even for issuing identity cards. To overcome this problem, Nadra Multan Region has imported latest Digital Video Broadcast satellite technology from Germany. Now Nadra won't have to rely on PTCL and the data would now transfer to Islamabad swiftly through online set up and the complaints of late identity card delivery would be removed.
