Entry test for the four-year degree course of 2010 batch at the Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) was held at 10am on Sunday. More than 3500 from all over the country appeared for the test which was held at the spacious convocation ground at the campus, said a statement issued here.
More than 600 parents /guardian were seated in a specially erected tent in the hockey ground, opposite to the campus. Strict security measures were carried out at the entry points. The candidates were seated in 82 rows, consisting of 38 seats each, while more than 300 invigilators were deputed to distribute the papers and collect of answer book. The two-hour exam paper comprised of questions on English, Current Affairs, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, whereas for Bio Medical engineering candidates, questions on biology, instead of mathematics, were asked.
