Torture, detention of lawyers: deputy director FIA, DPO to appear before LHC on November 20

The Chief Justice Lahore High Court taking suo motu action over an incident of torture and detention of lawyers by officers of FIA Multan region, directed District Police Officer (DPO) and deputy director FIA Multan to appear before the court on November 20.
The court directed them to appear with complete record and progress of the case. Chief Justice also directed the law officer to ensure the compliance of the court orders and appear and assist the court on next date of hearing.
