The construction of state of the art cancer hospital under prime minister Yousuf Raza Gillani's development package will starts from January 2010, said Professor Dr Ejaz Masood. The central development working party has given approval of the hospital recently, disclosed Dr Masood. Existing building of the cancer hospital would be demolished, he said.
The project would be completed within two years and 100 beds would be installed in the hospital. According to official sources the six-storey building of the hospital would have 270 employees, including doctors, paramedics and other staff.
