President Lasbela Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI) Yakoob H. Karim has congratulated Aslam Raisani and his team for their successful efforts to get 9.09 percent 7th NFC Award share as against 7.17 percent during the current year. Balochistan will now receive Rs 83 billion as against Rs 53 billion for the current year and subsequently Rs 165 billion in the remaining years.
Karim termed this achievement of Government of Balochistan as a landmark in the history of the province, which will help enhance the economic activities, thus providing opportunities to its people to raise their living standard and to bring the province at par with other provinces, socially and economically. He also appreciated the gesture.
Meanwhile, in a press statement, Chairman Businessmen Group (BMG) and former President Karachi Chamber Siraj Kassam Teli congratulated and lauded the hard work of National Finance Commission and especially of its Chairman, Federal Finance Minister Shaukat Tareen and the four Chief Ministers, which has resulted in unanimously accepted Award.-PR
