I am pleased to know that Consumers Association of Pakistan is continuously holding Consumers Choice Award (CCA) for five consecutive years. Promotion of healthy competition among quality conscious procedures through such events will have a salutary effect bringing them in the limelight as market leaders in their respective areas of works.
I feel immense pleasure that consumers' courts are successfully operating and giving speedy decision to grieving consumers in Punjab and hope that the same practice will be spread over all other provinces by promulgation consumers' protection Act. I congratulate CAP for organizing CCA and for presenting such an innovative idea in Pakistan.
