The Punjab Union of Journalists (PUJ) here on Sunday has expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise of Suhail Qalandar, Vice President of PFUJ and resident Editor of Daily Express.
PUJ President, Hafiz Abdul Wadood said the sudden death of Suhail Qalandar, Ex-President of the Khyber Union of Journalists and President Peshawar Press Club was a great loss for the Journalists' Community. His services for the freedom of press would long be remembered and the vacuum created by his departure would never be filled.
Executive body members of PUJ including President Hafiz Abdul Wadood, Vice President Farrukh Ata Butt, General Secretary Rana Muhammad Azeem, Sr. Joint Secretary Mudassar Khan, Finance Secretary Amir Sohail and members of PUJ Governing Body offered Fateha and prayed to Almighty Allah to rest his soul in eternal peace and give courage and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.
