The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) on Wednesday announced three packages for its subscribers in Lahore. The PTCL (North) Senior Executive Vice President Tariq Suleman announced "Mouj Masti", "Tip Top" and "Lash Pash" packages with attractive incentives while talking to newsmen here on Wednesday.
He said that after having successful results from the provincial metropolis, the same would also be extended to other cities of the country. He said that the PTCL observed 2009 as "Customers Year" and focused its attention to improve the quality of services.
Tariq Suelman further said the company is integrating its system while complaint-handling system has been rapidly improved up to the customers' satisfaction. The PTCL has also planned to establish data centres to facilitate its customers, he added.
