Provincial Minister for Prisons and Industries, Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor has said that Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has raised education budget to a record extent and also taken revolutionary steps in this field. He said this while addressing an annual award ceremony held at Awan-e-Iqbal here on Wednesday.
By setting up model schools at each districts and computer labs in the schools chief minister has taken a revolutionary step towards quality education in the province. He said that appointment of qualified 40,000 educators is also a valuable steps in this regard.
These revolutionary steps would help enhance quality of government schools at par with the standards of private schools, which are fleecing people by charging heavy fees. Provincial Minister further said that all facilities are being provided to the students.
