Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif here on Wednesday issued transfer order of Registrar LHC Tahir Pervez as OSD and appointed District & Sessions Judge establishment Abdul Sattar Asghar as acting Registrar till further orders.
Meanwhile, the CJ also made OSD to D&SJ/presiding officer of District Consumer Court, Rawalpindi Abdul Karim Langah. A civil judge 1st class Mian Mudassar Umar Bodla was transferred and posted from Chichawatni to Lodhran in place of Muhammad Majid Bashir, whose resignation was accepted.
