Please refer the letter published in this daily on 27-11-2009 that gas tariff has been increased sharply by OGRA which is not justified to all. It is correct that textile industry is already on the brink of collapse due to high prices of Sui gas and electricity charges which is day by day increase as well as raw material of this industry.
Gas price is major proof of collapse of textile processing industry. The decision of increase in gas price would be harmful for our economy resulting revenue losses of billion of rupees to our country. I strongly request to high ups of the government not to increase the gas prices.
