The Lahore High Court (LHC) here on Monday adjourned till January 5, 2010 the hearing of a contempt petition seeking action against government for not approaching International Court of Justice (ICJ) to get Dr Aafia Siddiqui released and recovered from American custody, as Deputy Attorney General of Pakistan (DAGP) failed to appear before the court. The contempt petition was filed by Barrister Javed Iqbal Jaffree.
